Some guidance please?

These past few days, I've realised I don't know where my life will be going in the long term. If you're wondering why I'm only thinking of this now, blame my bread. I tend to over analyze things and think of every possible conclusion for a situation. Sometimes too much for my own good. Therefore, I'm trying to rediscover myself cause I feel like there's something missing in me. Hopefully God will answer my prayers and questions. Could also use someone to talk to who has gone through this....
